Becoming a sustainable community
We provide energy, enthusiasm, advice and identify funding to create a positive impact on our village and the local environment. There are so many projects to get involved in which will help the planet and create better lives for our neighbours of the future. Check out some of our initiatives below!
We aim to:
Reduce our impact on our natural environment
Regenerate our local biodiversity
Find solutions to local sustainability issues
Aldbury Sustainability Club is run by volunteers who manage and collaborate on projects across various sustainability areas including energy efficiency, food waste, protecting biodiversity, sustainable transport, repair and reuse of materials.
We are community-led, focussing on what is needed in our local area and creating action plans for the future of our community. Get in touch if you have any suggestions or want to get involved with a project.
